After our Discovery Meeting, whenever you're ready to bring on my support and take the next step in growing your business, here's what will happen...
Contract Signed & Deposit Paid
I'll send you a contract with all applicable terms and conditions for you to review and sign. I'll answer any questions you might have and once you return the contract signed, I'll send an invoice for the $175 deposit.
Welcome Package & KickOff Meeting
After the deposit has been paid, you'll receive a Welcome Package with a recap of all the information you need to know about your contract and working with me. The package includes details on my processes, how we communicate, how you can assign tasks, and more. We'll schedule a kickoff meeting to finalize task scopes and deadlines and then we get to work!
Do the Darn Thing!
This is where the rubber hits the road and you start to wonder why you hadn't done this sooner! My tasks are assigned and completed while you focus on your critical items. We'll hold regular check-in meetings (bi-weekly or monthly for subscription contracts) to make sure everything is running smoothly and plan for the month ahead.
That's a Wrap!
At the end of your contract, we'll schedule a Closeout Meeting to tie off any loose ends. You'll receive your final invoice and an invitation to complete a survey that I'll use to keep making improvements to my services.

If you decide to renew your contract, we may negotiate any necessary changes in terms but after that's settled, we go back to business as usual!
